Questions regarding the pandemic
Yes, Fizzer is a service that allows us to maintain a social link during this health crisis. We have set up an organisation to ensure the continuity of our service. On the printing side, Maël and Vincent continue to print your orders by adopting mesures d'hygiène strictes in our printing centre, in order to continue the delivery of your cards as soon as possible.
The French Post has set up a new organization to maintain essential services, including the social bonding service.
Here are the French Post delivery times during the pandemic:
- France and Europe: 3 to 10 days (usually 2 to 4 days)
- USA, Canada, Australia: 6 to 14 days
- Other countries: 2 to 4 weeks
Thank you for your patience, it is for the sole purpose of ensuring the safety of postal workers and we support these measures.
Message from the French Post: "Since the beginning of the pandemic, La Poste has done everything possible to guarantee the health and protection of postal workers and customers by communicating widely on the implementation of barrier measures (courtesy distance of one metre in all exchanges, not shaking hands, washing hands very regularly with soap and water or with a hydro-alcoholic gel, etc.)."
The French Post makes every effort to ensure continuity of service and a regular passage of factors to deliver your mail and parcels. However, they are no longer able to guarantee the delivery time of Colissimo in France.

Fizzer becomes free
We decided to make Fizzer free once a week. Every Sundayyou will receive a new credit (if you've used the last one). This credit allows you to send a postcard à to 1 recipient(envelope & postage included). This offer is only valid for all persons registered on Fizzer on Saturday night at midnight (the credit is added during the night from Saturday to Sunday).
There are two reasons that may explain this:
- You are a new user and created your account on Sunday. You will receive your free credit the following Sunday. Credits are added during the night from Saturday to Sunday. All users registered before Saturday, 10:30 pm, get 1 free credit.
- You have not yet used the credit that was added to you the previous week. Credits are not cumulative from one week to the next. When you get 1 credit on Sunday, you have until the following Saturday, 10:30 pm to use it. (cf. question: Are the credits cumulative?).
Free weekly credits cannot be accumulated. When you get 1 credit on Sunday, you have until the following Saturday, 11 p.m. to use it.
If you use it: you receive 1 new credit the next Sunday
If you don't use it: you keep the last credit
Don't forget to use your free credit during the week so that you can benefit from a new one on the following Sunday.
Don't worry! If you forgot to use your credit, this one is not deleted. You can use it this week and get a new one next Sunday.
100% of accounts created until Saturday night before midnight will receive a credit on their account the next day. There is no manipulation to perform, it is added to yours automatically. If you don't see the credit on your account, just log out and log back in from the Fizzer application.
It's normal. The application automatically consumes 1 credit when you send a postcard but we added 1 credit for free during the night from Saturday to Sunday. This is the one that has been consumed. 😊 As this credit is automatically added, you do not consume any of your purchased credits..
