Questions relating to the health crisis
Yes, Fizzer is a service that allows you to maintain a social connection during this health crisis, we have set up an organization to ensure the continuity of our service. On the printing side, Maël and Vincent continue to print your orders by adopting strict hygiene measures on our printing center, in order to continue the delivery of your cards as soon as possible.
We process your card within 24 hours, working days.
Then, it is the delays of La Poste that apply.
- France and Europe: 2 to 6 days
- USA, Canada and Australia: 4 to 12 days
- Rest of the world: 1 to 3 weeks
La Poste currently operates from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The delays can therefore be a little longer than usual taking into account the public holidays in May. We thank you for your understanding and your patience. 💌
Message from La Poste: "Since the beginning of this health crisis, La Poste has done everything possible to guarantee the health and protection of postal workers and customers by communicating widely on the implementation of barrier measures (courtesy distance of one meter in all exchanges , do not shake hands, wash your hands very regularly with soap and water or with a hydro-alcoholic gel, etc.).
La Poste makes every effort to ensure continuity of service and regular passage of postmen to deliver your mail and parcels. However, they are no longer able to guarantee the delivery time for Colissimo in France.
