Questions regarding the pandemic
Yes, Fizzer is a service that allows us to maintain a social link during this health crisis. We have set up an organisation to ensure the continuity of our service. On the printing side, Maël and Vincent continue to print your orders by adopting mesures d'hygiène strictes in our printing centre, in order to continue the delivery of your cards as soon as possible.
We print your card within 24 business hours.
Next, the regular delivery time scheduled by La Poste is applied 🕒:
- For France and Europe: 2 to 6 working days
- For the USA, Canada and Australia: 4 to 12 working days
- For anywhere else in the world: 1 to 3 weeks
La Poste is working from Monday to Friday (except during holidays). Delivery times may be a bit longer than usual due to French public holidays. Thank you for your patience. 💌
Message from the French Post: "Since the beginning of the pandemic, La Poste has done everything possible to guarantee the health and protection of postal workers and customers by communicating widely on the implementation of barrier measures (courtesy distance of one metre in all exchanges, not shaking hands, washing hands very regularly with soap and water or with a hydro-alcoholic gel, etc.)."
The French Post makes every effort to ensure continuity of service and a regular passage of factors to deliver your mail and parcels. However, they are no longer able to guarantee the delivery time of Colissimo in France.
