How does it all work?

Fizzer helps you turn your best memories into postcards.
For this, you need to purchase credits. 1 credit = 1 postcard.
To send a postcard:
1°) Select the type of collage you want, and then add your pictures.
2°) Add your message.
3°) Enter the recipient’s address.
4°) Select your recipient.
5°) Final confirmation with a summary of the postcard.
6) Wait for loading to reach 100% for the postcard to be sent.

I’m having trouble sending a postcard, what should I do?

I think the issue most likely comes from your web browser.
You can try another browser: Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer for instance.
Once you’ve selected your collage, if you see a + in the grey box, it means it’s all good. You can then select your pictures from your computer.
If you’re still having trouble, please contact us and we’ll happily assist you further.

Is it possible to send Fizzer postcards abroad?

Yes, you can send postcards anywhere in the world.

Is my postcard sent in an envelope?

Yes, all postcards are sent in an envelope. We use a high-quality colour envelope with a weight of 120g/m2

Delivery time

What is the delivery time for Fizzer postcards?

Once you’ve created a new postcard, it is processed within 24h (working days only).
Then regular postal delivery times apply.
France and Europe: 2 to 5 days
USA, Canada, Australia: 4 to 12 days
Rest of the world: 1 to 3 weeks

From where can I send my postcards?

You can send postcards from anywhere, provided you have an Internet connection.

Is it possible to send Fizzer postcards abroad?

Yes, you can send postcards to any country around the world.

What should I do if my postcard hasn’t arrived on time?

Contact us at hello@fizzer.com. We’ll check the address and date on which the postcard was sent to find a solution.

How are postcards printed?

Fizzer postcards are printed front and back on high-quality 330g/m2 paper.

Can I send the same postcard to several recipients at a time?

Yes of course, you can select as many recipients as you wish.

What are the postcard dimensions?

Our postcards are 100x150mm and are sent in 114x162mm envelopes.

On what days are the postcards printed and sent?

Postcards are printed Monday through Friday (business days) and sent every day, after enveloping and stamping.

Should my pictures have specific dimensions?

For the best possible quality, we recommend you to use 1200x1800px pictures.
Images taken with modern smartphone resolution are ideal.
Be careful to avoid any insufficient resolution, as it would make the postcard blurry.

Is it possible to add emojis on the postcards?

Most emojis are recognised for colour printing.

Does Fizzer hold any copyright on the postcards and pictures I send?

No, you retain copyright for all postcards you send.

Pricing and payment methods

How does the credit system work?

Credits allow you to send physical postcards to your close ones. You can purchase credits once you are logged in to your account, they do not have an expiry date. For each postcard you send, they are deducted from your balance.
A credit includes the creation of your postcard, stamping, printing and mailing in an envelope.

How many credits does it cost to send one postcard?

1 postcard = 1 credit, no matter where you send your postcard from, and its destination.

How does it work when I send the same postcard to several recipients?

For instance, if you create a postcard and decide to send it to 10 recipients, we’ll send 10 postcards. In this case, you would use 10 credits.

Where can I purchase credits?

To purchase credits, you need to log in on our app or website and click on “Buy credits” in the main menu.

How much do credits cost?

It all depends on how many credits you wish to purchase. We offer different credit packs, with volume discounts depending on the desired quantity.
1 credit = 2€39
10 credits = 19€90
25 credits = 44€90
50 credits = 79€90

Is the Stripe payment system secure?

Yes, Stripe is one of the largest payment systems in the world, and one of the most secure.

Which currencies are allowed?

All payments made on Fizzer use €, $, and £.

What should I do if I only want to send one postcard?

To only send one postcard, you can buy a single credit. You can also buy several credits and use your balance later, with no expiry date.

Can I use Fizzer for my business?

Yes, many businesses use Fizzer to surprise their clients with personalised postcards. If you have a specific request, please contact us at hello@fizzer.com.

How can I create an account on Fizzer?

You can create an account on our website or app in just a few steps.

How can I update my account information?

Once logged in, go to the main menu and click on “My Profile”. There, you’ll be able to update your personal information.

How can I change my password?

Once logged in, go to the main menu and click on “My Profile”, then on “Confidentiality”

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

No worries! Go to app.fizzer.com/password/new and enter the email used when creating your account to retrieve a new password.

Can I save as many addresses as I want?

Yes, contact management is all yours and with no limit. Go to the Contacts tab to add recipients.

Can I see the postcards I’ve sent?

Of course, all postcards you’ve sent are kept in your online album. You can look at them, read them, or send them again with or without any modification.
