How does it work?

Fizzer helps you turn your best memories into personalized cards. You can choose between a postcard or a greeting card. It's up to you!


To start, you need to buy credits.

1 credit = 1 postcard

2 credits = 1 greeting card (14x14 cm folded)


To send a card:

1. Pick the card of your choice

2. Add your photos and customize the front side

3. Write your message

4. Enter the recipient's address

5. Select one or more recipients

6. Validate and send your card

7. Wait for loading to reach 100% for the card to be sent

I'm having a trouble sending a card, what should I do?

The issue most likely comes from your web browser.
You can try another browser: Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer for instance.
Once you’ve selected your layout, if you see a camera in the grey boxes, it means it’s all good. You can then select your pictures from your computer.
If you’re still having trouble, please contact us and we’ll happily assist you further.

Is it possible to send Fizzer cards abroad?

Yes, you can send cards anywhere in the world.

Is my card sent in an envelope?

Yes, all cards are sent in envelopes.


  • Postcards: we use a white 120 g/m2 grammage envelope with a colored border
  • Greeting cards: we use a cream 120 g/m2 grammage envelope

Delivery time

What is the delivery time for Fizzer cards?

Once you’ve created a new card, it is processed within 24h (business days).
Then regular postal delivery times apply.
France and Europe: 2 to 5 days
USA, Canada, Australia: 4 to 12 days
Rest of the world: 1 to 3 weeks

From where can I send my cards?

You can send cards from anywhere in the world. You just need to have an Internet connection.

What should I do if my card hasn't arrived on time?

Contact us at hello@fizzer.com. We’ll check the address and date on which the card was sent to find a solution.

Production

How are cards printed?

Fizzer cards are printed on a high-quality paper:


  • 330g/m2 grammage for postcards
  • 280g/m2 grammage for greeting cards

All cards are sent from Normandy, France.

Can I send the same card to several recipients at a time?

Of course! At the end of the creation process, select as many recipients as you wish. 1 credit allows you to send 1 postcard to 1 recipient. 2 credits allow you to send 1 greeting card to 1 recipient. Just check you have enough credits before sending your cards.

What are the card dimensions?

The size of your card changes according to the chosen format:


  • Postcards measure 10x15cm and are sent in envelopes measuring 11.4x16.2cm.
  • Greeting cards measure 14x14cm and are sent in envelopes measuring 16x16cm.

On what days are the cards printed and sent?

Our cards are printed Monday through Friday (business days) and sent everyday at 3:30 p.m. All cards are stamped and sent in an envelope.

Should my pictures have specific dimensions?

The photos of today's phones are ideal. However, we recommend these dimensions for optimal results:


  • Postcard: 1200x1800 px
  • Greeting card: 1735x1750 px

Be careful, if your resolution is too low, the photo could blurry when printing.

Is it possible to add emojis on my card?

Yes! Most emojis are recognized for color printing.

Does Fizzer hold any copyright on the cards and pictures I send?

No, you retain copyright for all cards you send.

Pricing and payment methods

How does the credit system work?

Credits allow you to send physical cards to your loved ones. You can purchase them once you have logged into your account. Credits have no expiration date. Each time you send cards, they are deducted from your balance.


When you buy credits, it does not mean that your card is shipped. It's very easy, you can compare credits with a currency.


When you buy 1 credit, you can send 1 postcard to 1 recipient only.


With 2 credits, you can send 1 greeting card (14 x 14 cm folded) to 1 recipient only.


Credits include the creation of your card, postage, printing and mailing in an envelope.

How many credits does it cost to send one card?

1 postcard = 1 credit

1 greeting card (14x14 cm folded) = 2 credits

No matter where you send your postcard from, and its destination.

How does it work when I send the same card to several recipients?

For example, if you create a card and decide to send it to 10 recipients, we will print it 10 times and send it to 10 recipients.


If you send a:

  • postcard: you will use 10 credits
  • greeting card: you will use 20 credits

Where can I purchase credits?

To purchase credits, you need to log in on our app or website and click on “Buy credits” in the main menu.

How much do credits cost?

It all depends on the number of credits you want to buy. Different credit packs are available and the price is decreasing according to the quantity chosen:
1 credit = 2€39
5 credits = 11€95
10 credits = 21€90
25 credits = 49€90
50 credits = 89€90
50 credits = 169€90

Is the Stripe payment system secure?

Yes, Stripe is one of the largest payment systems in the world, and one of the most secure.

Which currencies are allowed?

All payments made on Fizzer use €, $, and £.

What should I do if I only want to send one card?

Whether you have purchased a credit pack or individual credits, you can decide to send only one card. To do this, you only need to select 1 single recipient.


Will be counted:

  • 1 credit for 1 postcard
  • 2 credits for 1 greeting card (14x14 cm folded)

Can I use Fizzer for my business?

Yes, many businesses use Fizzer to surprise their clients with personalized cards. If you have a specific request, please contact us at hello@fizzer.com.

How can I create an account on Fizzer?

You can create an account on our website or app in just a few steps.

How can I update my account information?

Once logged in, go to the main menu and click on “My Profile”. There, you’ll be able to update your personal information.

How can I change my password?

Once logged in, go to the main menu and click on “My Profile”, then on “Confidentiality”

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

No worries! Go to app.fizzer.com/password/new and enter the email used when creating your account to retrieve a new password.

Can I save as many addresses as I want?

Yes, contact management is all yours and with no limit. Go to the Contacts tab to add recipients.

Can I see the cards I’ve sent?

Of course, all cards you’ve sent are kept in your online album. You can look at them, read them, or send them again with or without any modification.
